We have a wide experience in manufacturing 4-layer coextrusion containers, including the POLYAMIDE or EVOH barrier layer. Multilayer coextrusion containers with POLYAMIDE or EVOH barrier layer are the most suitable solution for storing plant protection products such as pesticides, fertilizers, fungicides, etc., since they offer a resistance which prevents the migration of the product and the penetration of oxygen

6-LAYER COEXTRUSION
FOR FOOD CONTAINERS
Multilayer containers with barrier layer (6-layer coextrusion) provide a number of advantages in comparison with other materials, such as:
- Thermal resistance to hot-fill, pasteurization and sterilization processes.
- High barrier properties against gases and smells, allowing for a long shelf-life (up to 18 months at room temperatura depending on the packaging process).
- Allows hot-filling of the container up to 93ºC.
- Natural process with no need for additives.
- Sealing with induction foil making the container totally hermetic.
